1. How long can PlusPower Consulting recommend talents after cooperation?

From the very day when we officially accept the order, we will set up a project team of four full-time consultants and dozens of part-time consultants headed by a senior consultant. The team will issue a detailed analysis report for the position entrusted by the client, determine the headhunting scope and conduct the headhunting based on a time-limited working mode of four five-days so as to ensure the order can be completed in the contract. During the first five-day, the team members search for all possible talents, find out all possible candidates close to the requirements and investigate the background and culture of his company; during the second five-day, they determine the candidates who basically accord to the requirements and select a dozen of the targeted candidates; during the third five-day, visits to and tests and evaluations on the targeted candidates are conducted to investigate their experience of success; during the fourth five-day, they select one to three best targeted candidates, make a background investigation and summit the results to the clients for selection.

2. What will happen if the candidate recommended by PlusPower Consulting quits his position in the probation period?

1) If the client still needs someone for this position, we will recommend the suitable candidate for free according to the contract signed with the client.
2) If the client cancels the recruitment for this position, we will refund within one week according to the contract signed with the client.

3. Will PlusPower Consulting poach the candidate after he/she has been recommended to the client?

We are committed to our clients that we will never poach the talents we recommend before they leave the company.
